• Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on SHADIKARLO.COM. SHADIKARLO.COM reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.
• You cannot engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to otherSHADIKARLO.COM Members. Although SHADIKARLO.COM cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the SHADIKARLO.COM Site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. In order to protectSHADIKARLO.COM and/or our Members from any abuse / misuse, SHADIKARLO.COM reserves the right to restrict the number of communications / profile contacts & responses / email which a Member may send to other Member in any 24-hour period to a number which SHADIKARLO.COM deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
• You cannot use any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate / contact / respond / interact with SHADIKARLO.COMand/or its members.
• SHADIKARLO.COM reserves the right to screen communications/messages that you may send to other Member(s) and also regulate the same by deleting unwarranted/obscene communications at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice to any Member.
• No Member is allowed to display his/her "Membership status" in the profile content. SHADIKARLO.COM reserves the right to delete any such reference from the profile content.
• The premium members shall be entitled to view only limited verified contact numbers depending on the type of membership they have availed of. For example, the maximum number of verified contact numbers, which can be viewed by (a) Gold Membership – 100 and (c) PREMIUM Membership - 200 .
1. Content Posted on the Site.
• You understand and agree that SHADIKARLO.COM may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of SHADIKARLO.COM violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either SHADIKARLO.COM and/or its Members.
• With respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Site including but not limited to your contact details, you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably grant to SHADIKARLO.COM the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Site and to SHADIKARLO.COM Centre members from time to time.

You understand and hereby agree that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, tags, or other Content whether publicly posted or privately transmitted or otherwise made available to SHADIKARLO.COM or SHADIKARLO.COM Centre members, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated and shall be at the member's/person's sole risks and consequences. • The following is an indicative list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site. • promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
• contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page) ;
• displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
• provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
• provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
• solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and
• engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.
• You must use the SHADIKARLO.COM Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules and regulations.
• You cannot include in your Member profile, visible to other members, any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's, and email addresses.
About Cancellation:
MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE if a member chooses to terminate the membership. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Confidentiality:
SHADIKARLO.COM will maintain confidential, all personal information [other than that meant for posting or transmission] furnished by members. However, SHADIKARLO.COM may divulge such information if required by law. By agreeing to register at SHADIKARLO.COM and its consortium of portals, a user allows SHADIKARLO.COM to get in touch with him/her from time to time on events or offers. This could include exciting offers, information, as well as promotions.SHADIKARLO.COM can use your email address and/or telephone number for this purpose.
Termination of Membership:
The membership may be terminated by either party by serving a written notice on the other. SHADIKARLO.COM reserves the right to terminate the membership, to suspend a profile or to disable access in respect of any member in breach of any of the terms. In no case will the Membership fees be refundable.
Site Policies, Modification and Severability

The membership is deemed to have been entered into at Chennai, India and the laws of India will govern the membership. Disputes arising out of or in any way affecting the membership including interpretation of any of the terms are to be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [Indian Act] at Chennai before a sole Arbitrator.
